RWE Solar Development, LLC (“Applicant”) is proposing to construct a major electric generating facility under Article VIII of the New York State Public Service Law (“Article VIII”). This notice announces that on or after July 20, 2026, Applicant will file an Application pursuant to Article VIII and its implementing regulations (the “Article VIII Process”) under ORES DMM Matter No. 24-03035.
